Pricing
All prices which appear on this website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are valid and effective only in Australia. All prices are GST inclusive. Prices, specifications, availability and terms are subject to change without notice.

Product Warranty
As an authorised Milo Retailer, all Milo products purchased on this website are covered by Milo's 2 year limited manufacturer's warranty which covers the Milo hardware and accessories to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a two (2) year period from original purchase date. Milo is not warranted against normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse or loss/theft. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Product Availability
Tumo is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Payment Methods
Tumo accepts payment only by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay. Cash on Delivery and Bank transfer are not accepted.

Orders
Any order placed by you is in effect an offer by you to purchase a product for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website. Tumo may accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this web site, or an error in your order. Your contract with Tumo will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Tumo advises you that it has accepted your order and your receipt has been confirmed. Prices of products and services and delivery and other related charges as displayed are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Similarly the availability of products and services may change from time to time.

International Orders
Tumo does not accept international orders. To purchase on this website, you must have a valid Australian billing and shipping address.

Loss or damage in transit
Tumo guarantees delivery of your products while in transit and will replace or refund any products lost in transit until such time as your products have been 'received'. Products are deemed to have been 'received' when they have been signed for on delivery, or left in a safe place as determined by the courier company's policies at your selected shipping destination. Insurance against damage or loss of your purchases in transit is included, and any insurance payment will be limited to a refund of the purchase price, or replacement of the products. Once products are 'received' Tumo is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any subsequent loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Tumo is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss.

Tumo utilises secure server software (SSL) that is the industry standard and is among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. However, whilst Tumo maintains high standards in protecting your security, no transmission over the Internet or storage of information on servers connected to the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Exclusion of negligence
Tumo is not liable to the buyer in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to:
(a) the performance of the product;
(b) any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or

Prohibitions
Please ensure you do not knowingly transmit any material that may contain a virus or other harmful component.
